Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate job setup in Sage 300 CRE
• Collaborate on cost forecasts and commitment updates




• Analyze job costs and prepare cost summaries
• Prepare red flag reports for finance review
• Document and improve costing workflows

Requirements:
• 3-5 years of experience in cost control
• Proficiency with Sage 300 CRE
• Advanced Excel competence, including pivot tables
• Skilled in reading construction-related documentation
• Excellent relationship-building and organizational skills
