Georgian Bay Family Health Team is seeking Physiotherapists to join our team in a collaborative primary care setting. You will conduct primary care assessments, educate patients, plan care, and provide clinical guidance for rostered patients with musculoskeletal, mobility, pain, and functional concerns.
You will support timely access to conservative care, contribute to chronic disease management, and help optimize outcomes within a team-based setting.
