• Build and manage timelines with clear milestones
• Organize key meetings and ensure participant readiness




• Support alignment on roles and deliverables across teams
• Maintain accurate trackers and submission systems

Requirements:
• 3-5 years of project management or pitch coordination experience
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent clear and proactive communication
• Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Salesforce
• Valid passport for travel in the US and Canada
