Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with all practice standards
• Provide ongoing support and coaching to staff
• Facilitate patient safety investigations and document findings
• Collaborate with nurses on clinical documentation
• Engage patients in a collaborative problem-solving process
Requirements:
• RN or RPN registration with no restrictions
• At least 5 years of applied nursing experience
• Expertise in community nursing principles
• Proven team leadership skills
• Ability to perform a current Vulnerable Sector Screening
