This is a leadership role for someone who enjoys owning projects end to end, keeping teams aligned, and delivering quality builds on time and on budget. You will take ownership of assigned construction projects from planning through closeout, acting as the main point of contact for clients and coordinating the moving parts along the way. Day to day, that includes:Building and managing project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts, and keeping profitability on trackCoordinating field crews, subcontractors, and suppliers to keep work moving and on specReviewing and approving invoices, managing change orders, and maintaining clean project documentation (contracts, RFIs, submittals,



reports)Leading project meetings and providing regular updates on progress, budget, and risks to clients and leadershipAnticipating delays and risks early and adjusting plans to keep milestones on scheduleChampioning site safety and ensuring all work meets applicable codes, regulations, and quality standardsBuilding strong client relationships through clear, consistent communicationWhat we're looking for
A degree or diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related fieldProven project management experience in commercial or general constructionComfortable managing larger-scale, multi-million dollar buildsSolid understanding of construction contracts, project delivery methods, and budget/schedule controlHands-on experience with project management software such as Procore, MS Project, or similarWhat's in it for you
