We're seeking an experienced Concrete Superintendent to lead various concrete construction efforts at Firma Concrete. Your role will involve overseeing project teams, coordinating schedules, and managing resources. A commitment to quality control and safety is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee concrete projects from start to finish on site
Direct and manage crews, including carpenters and subcontractors
Coordinate manpower, materials, and construction schedules
Perform site inspections and uphold quality control
Develop and mentor field supervisors and labor crews

Requirements:
At least 5 years of concrete supervision experience
Background in civil, commercial, or industrial concrete work
Solid organizational and planning capabilities
Ability to interpret project drawings and specifications
Class 5 Driver's License required
