We’re looking for passionate Registered Massage Therapists to join our busy hotel spa teams in Banff. Working in a serene mountain setting, you’ll provide high-quality therapeutic and relaxation treatments to guests from around the world while building your career in a beautiful destination.

Our spas are busy year-round, offering the opportunity to build a consistent treatment schedule and work across a variety of massage and wellness experiences. You’ll be part of a skilled, welcoming team focused on exceptional treatments and memorable guest experiences.

What You’ll Do

- Deliver skilled, personalized massage treatments
- Perform a range of modalities, including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone and Lymphatic Drainage
- Assess client needs and tailor treatments accordingly
- Provide knowledgeable wellness and treatment recommendations
- Create a welcoming, relaxing and professional guest experience
- Maintain accurate treatment records and follow health and safety standards
- Maintain a clean, organized treatment space




- Work collaboratively with the spa team

What We’re Looking For

- Registered and in good standing as a Registered Massage Therapist
- Graduate of a recognized Massage Therapy program
- Professional liability insurance and required certifications
- Strong knowledge of massage therapy techniques and anatomy
- Ability to confidently tailor treatments to individual client needs
- Passion for wellness and exceptional guest service
- Friendly, professional and personable approach
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, organized and comfortable working independently
