Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily supervision of distribution and collection teams
Enforce compliance with Secure Drinking Water Act regulations




Act as Overall Responsible Operator for water management
Develop emergency plans and handle crisis situations
Assist with budget preparation and operational reporting

Requirements:
Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology or similar
Valid Ontario Class 3 and Class 2 Certificates
At least 3 years in a leadership position
Familiar with Ontario’s DWQMS
Proficient in computer applications including SCADA
