Dufferin Area Family Health Team (DAFHT) invites Physician Assistants to join our integrated primary care team across Shelburne, Orangeville and Bolton. These full time positions (3) involve collaborating with physicians to deliver comprehensive care and participate in chronic disease management, health promotion, and prevention programs.
You will support patients with education and care coordination in a busy, on-site setting, reporting to the Executive Director.
