In this role as an EPC Project Oversight Senior Specialist, you'll lead a multidisciplinary team in the successful planning and execution of large-scale engineering projects. Your expertise will help shape the practices that govern project delivery while aligning with Manitoba Hydro’s strategic objectives. You'll engage deeply with internal teams, clients, and contractors to cultivate effective collaboration and ensure compliance with contract requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Advance construction management practices within projects
• Provide expert input for contract administration and oversight




• Supervise project participants in adherence to standards
• Drive safety practices and environmental compliance
• Coordinate engineering activities with consultants

Requirements:
• Graduate in Engineering with nine years relevant experience
• Five years' experience in contract administration
• Supervisory experience in construction oversight
• Proficient with scheduling and project software
• Valid Province of Manitoba Driver's Licence
