You'll be responsible for leading the OHS Investigations team and ensuring that thorough investigations are conducted into responsible incidents. Collaborating with stakeholders, including regulatory agencies, will be pivotal in implementing business improvement projects. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership to the OHS Investigations team
• Establish investigative processes to ensure compliance




• Develop and implement business plans
• Maintain adherence to policies and standards
• Direct prosecution and regulatory investigations

Requirements:
• Degree in health science or similar area
• 5+ years of investigative leadership experience
• Familiarity with Occupational Health and Safety Regulation
• Strong communication and partnership skills
• Clear Criminal Records Check required
