Reporting to the Manager of Engineering & Maintenance, you will perform vital tasks that enhance the hospital's interior and exterior aesthetics. This role includes preparing surfaces, applying finishes, and assisting with maintenance, ensuring safe and welcoming environments for patients and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and prime surfaces for painting
• Apply paints and finishes to various surfaces
• Perform drywall repairs and maintain quality
• Keep tools and workspaces organized and clean
• Support maintenance projects as needed

Requirements:
• Certificate of Qualification as a Painter/Journeyperson
• Valid 404C Trade Certificate required
• Relevant experience in painting and maintenance
• Knowledge of preparation techniques and materials
• Strong focus on detail and safety practices
