Collaborating with the People & Culture team, you will focus on recruitment, onboarding, and enhancing employee engagement while ensuring compliance with legislation. This role is integral to implementing company-wide HR programs effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as an advisor on people matters and HR policies
• Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes
• Provide guidance on employee performance issues
• Manage HR systems and maintain accurate data
• Assist in supporting change management initiatives

Requirements:
• HR degree or equivalent
• 7+ years in HRBP or generalist roles
• CHRP or CHRL preferred
• Experience in qualified services or engineering sectors
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
