As the Project Controls Lead, you will take on significant responsibilities within the CA West Power Delivery portfolio, providing mentorship and guidance in project controls practices. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring project schedules and budgets are consistently met, directly impacting our success in delivering complex energy solutions. Collaborate with internal teams and clients to manage project performance efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure consistency in scheduling, cost control, and reporting
• Support project teams with budget monitoring and forecasts




• Develop procedures and training materials for project controls
• Interface with BC Hydro for project reporting
• Coordinate training and onboarding for project resources

Requirements:
• Degree in Engineering or Project Management
• 10+ years in cost control and project administration
• Familiarity with Oracle and Primavera P6 mandatory
• Background with infrastructure projects
• Proficient in analytical reporting techniques
