As a Production Supervisor, you'll report to the Production Superintendent and oversee the efficiency and safety of manufacturing operations. With at least 5 years in manufacturing and 3 years in leadership, your expertise will ensure departmental goals are achieved. You'll be responsible for internal communication, conducting employee assessments, and implementing improvements to enhance productivity and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with Manufacturing Instructions and Design Drawings
• Oversee the production process and resolve disruptions




• Conduct supervisor inspections and address deficiencies
• Assist in recruitment, training, and staff performance evaluation
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:
• Grade 12 diploma required; post-secondary education is an asset
• 5+ years in manufacturing with 3+ years in leadership
• Experience in unionized settings preferred
• Ability to interpret technical documents and specifications
• Willingness to work evening or midnight shifts
