As an Intermediate Representative, you’ll report to the Team Leader of Casualty and handle a portfolio of Bodily Injury claims. Your responsibilities include engaging stakeholders, confirming coverages, and supporting claim resolutions in a fast-paced environment. Your ability to adapt and collaborate will be highly valued as you actively contribute to the success of your team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Engage all stakeholders for effective claims management
• Direct and instruct Defence Counsel as needed
• Maintain detailed documentation throughout claims processes
• Participate in pre-trials and mediations
• Settle claims with Plaintiff's Counsel directly

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of auto adjusting experience
• University degree or CIP designation required
• Solid interpersonal and communication skills
• Dependable in a busy operation
• Proficient in MS Office
