Lead safety and efficiency at Student Transportation of Canada as a Licensed 310T Shop Foreman. Oversee skilled mechanics in maintaining a diverse fleet of commercial vehicles while ensuring exceptional service.

In this role, you'll report to both the Branch Manager and the Area Manager of Maintenance, managing the daily operations of a multi-bay maintenance facility. With at least five years in a busy shop and three years in a leadership role, you will guide licensed and non-licensed mechanics, resolving complex vehicle issues and fostering team skills.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor a team of 310T mechanics
• Plan repairs and inspections for a large fleet
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Monitor shop organization and cleanliness
• Co-ordinate and schedule maintenance activities

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in a shop workplace
• 3 years in a leadership role
• Valid 310T license in good standing
• Strong diagnostic skills for vehicle issues
• Knowledge of compliance regulations
