Key Responsibilities:
• Own WIP continuity and month-end reconciliation
• Support financial reporting and month-end close processes




• Investigate and explain cost and production variances
• Analyze operational activity and cost drivers
• Reconcile data across ERP systems and Excel

Requirements:
• 3–7+ years experience in accounting or finance
• Solid reconciliation and analysis skills
• Familiarity with ERP systems like JD Edwards or SAP
• Proficiency in Excel for data manipulation
• Detail-oriented with strong ownership mindset
