Sales Manager - FFUN Motorsports Saskatoon

We are looking for a high-energy, highly engaged Sales Manager to lead and drive performance at our powersports dealership. This role is about ownership, accountability, and execution. You are not just managing a team, you are building momentum, creating traffic, and delivering results every single day.

FFUN Motorsports Saskatoon represents multiple major brands across snowmobiles, off-road vehicles, motorcycles, and marine, and we need a leader who can drive performance, grow shop volume, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.

What you’ll be doing:
Lead, coach, and hold the sales team accountable to daily activity and results

Drive unit sales, gross profit, and appointment activity

Create energy on the floor and maintain a strong, competitive sales culture

Ensure consistent use of CRM, follow-up processes, and sales structure

Run daily huddles, one-on-ones, and performance check-ins

Keep the team engaged in ongoing training and development

Partner with Marketing to drive traffic through campaigns and social media

Be hands-on in deals when needed to support and close business

Monitor and push key metrics including calls, contacts, appointments, and closing ratios

What we're looking for:
Proven success in a Sales Manager or senior sales leadership role

High energy with the ability to motivate and drive a team daily

Strong accountability mindset with a focus on performance

Comfortable coaching both new and experienced salespeople





Creative thinker who can help generate traffic through social media and local marketing

Strong understanding of CRM usage and sales process discipline

Experience in powersports, automotive, or a high-volume retail environment is preferred

A leader who leads from the front and sets the pace for the team

Strong appointment pipeline and showroom traffic

A well‑trained, engaged, and accountable sales team

Increased lead generation through social and local initiatives

A sales floor that feels energized, focused, and competitive
