As a vital member of the CMHA York Region, you will deliver psychiatric services as part of a community-based program. This part-time position (10-14 hours per week) supports clients both in-person and remotely. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct psychiatric assessments and treatment plans
• Collaborate with nursing teams for holistic care
• Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications
• Facilitate hospital admissions and discharge planning
• Document assessments and client progress accurately

Requirements:
• Must be licensed with the College of Physicians and Surgeons in Ontario
• Doctoral degree required
• Strong clinical skills with Assertive Community Treatment Team experience
