As a participant, you will first undergo an enhanced orientation phase, then move into independent nursing practice, benefiting from continuous mentorship. Key Responsibilities:
• Administer comprehensive nursing care across diverse settings
• Work closely with experienced Clinical Guides
• Develop personalized learning and transition plans

• Advocate for patients’ health and well-being
Requirements:
• Completion of accredited nursing program
• Current eligibility with CRNA
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required
• Graduated within the last 12 months
• Physical capability to handle patient mobility needs
