Job Overview
We are a growing Calgary-based mechanical contractor ($4–5M annual revenue, 10-person team) specializing in commercial, tenant improvements, and multi-unit residential projects. We are expanding into larger multi-family and multi-building commercial developments and are hiring a high-performing Project Coordinator to help build the next stage of the company.
This is not an admin role.
This is a career-building role with a clear path to Project Manager.
You will work directly with ownership and play a key role in tightening systems, protecting margins, and supporting larger-scale projects.
Responsibilities
You will bring organization, urgency, and accountability to every active project.
Submittals and document control
RFI drafting and tracking
Change order documentation and log management
Purchase orders and material tracking
Labour and cost tracking support
Meeting minutes and action item follow-up
Skills
3–7 years construction coordination experience.

Mechanical construction background preferred
Strong understanding of drawings and specs
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Confident communicator
Ambitious and ready for more responsibility
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
