In this key role, you will report to the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis, overseeing a dedicated team of financial analysts. Your skills will guide the annual budget preparation and monthly financial reviews, ensuring effective alignment with GDI's corporate objectives. You will implement improved forecasting processes while mentoring your team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Offer insightful analysis to Senior Leadership for strategic planning
• Coach FP&A; Analysts to enhance their professional growth




• Develop clear financial presentations for board meetings
• Drive financial modeling and evaluation for M&A; opportunities

Requirements:
• Required: Bachelor's degree; CPA, MBA, CFA preferred
• 7-10 years in finance with at least 5 years in management
• Familiarity with AI-assisted financial management tools
• Previous retail finance experience is a robust asset
• Fluent in both French and English for effective communication
