We are looking for a Principal, Business Operations, xStocks, who will help develop one of Assetara's most strategically important areas, identifying growth opportunities, removing operational constraints, and strengthening the business at the intersection of product, commerce, operations, and market development. We need a strong generalist with experience in strategy, business operations, or consulting who can take on a high degree of responsibility, work in conditions of uncertainty, and turn complex tasks into structured and actionable solutions.

About the Role
This role is suitable for a specialist with robust structural thinking skills who can see the business as a whole and work not only at the analysis level, but also at the level of actual implementation. We are looking for someone who can be capable of entering complex or undefined areas of business, quickly finding weak spots, eliminating bottlenecks, strengthening operational rhythm, and helping the team move faster and with higher quality.

We need a candidate who can act as the de facto co-owner of the xStocks and Equities division, assist in developing strategy, market positioning, and GTM, and lead high-priority cross-functional initiatives from definition to execution. Maturity, a high level of personal responsibility, strong analytical skills, the ability to influence senior stakeholders, and a willingness to work at the intersection of strategy, finance, product,



and business operating models are particularly important for this position.

Requirements:

8+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, consulting, or related analytical and management roles.

Experience in top-tier consulting, including MBB or comparable level, would be a strong advantage.

Strong generalist mindset and ability to work confidently at the intersection of strategy, finance, product, and operations.

Practical experience in fintech, crypto, or financial infrastructure would be a significant advantage.

Strong structured analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making skills in uncertain environments.

Ability to take ownership of complex initiatives and bring them to fruition.

Ability to effectively influence senior stakeholders and build coordinated work between functions.
Interest in fintech, capital markets, and the development of modern financial infrastructure.
