Elevate your scheduling expertise with MFM LP as a Shutdown Scheduler in Calgary, AB. This role focuses on planning, integrating work scopes, and optimizing shutdown activities.

As a Shutdown Scheduler Level 3 or 4, you'll be essential to delivering seamless operational support at Kearl Lake. This role includes overseeing progress against preparation plans and optimizing resources for shutdown work. Your responsibilities will involve critical path identification, planning integration, and addressing planning issues alongside the Shutdown Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create a comprehensive shutdown plan integrating all work scopes
• Measure progress versus preparation plans regularly
• Organize and manage all aspects of shutdown plans




• Identify critical paths and perform resource leveling
• Develop reports and templates for progress tracking

Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years scheduling experience in Turnaround/Shutdown
• Oracle Primavera P6 experience preferred
• Familiarity with CMMS-SAP and Power Bi
• Solid critical thinking and interpersonal skills
• Experience with Smartsheet is a plus
