The Crossing Company is hiring an HDD Roughneck in Taber, Alberta. This role focuses on physical labor and teamwork for successful pipeline construction across Western Canada.

As an HDD Roughneck with The Crossing Company, you will play a critical role in our Light Rig Division, handling equipment, providing labor support, and maintaining safety standards on-site. Your responsibilities include working closely with the Driller and ensuring a clean, organized work environment. A solid safety commitment is key as you will work in diverse outdoor conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute demanding tasks on HDD rigs
• Handle drill pipe and machinery safely
• Aid the Driller during the boring process
• Keep worksites efficient and safe at all times
• Adapt to outdoor work regardless of weather

Requirements:
• Must be a strong worker with physical endurance
• Prior drilling rig experience is advantageous
• Commitment to team collaboration and safety
• Class 5 driver's license compulsory, Class 1 preferred
• Successful completion of safety training is essential
