Become a Project Manager II at TELUS, focusing on customer integration as part of our Eastern expansion. You’ll coordinate complex projects within our Post Acquisition Centre of Excellence environment.

In this role, you will support integration programs for acquired customers, ensuring alignment across internal and external stakeholders. You will analyze business processes, manage project scopes, and facilitate collaboration across diverse teams to enhance customer experiences in Internet and Security services.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage project delivery for integrating acquired customers
• Conduct detailed business analyses including gap assessments
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with TELUS and Altima teams




• Prepare executive-level documentation and delivery presentations
• Track program metrics and identify proactive risks

Requirements:
• 4+ years in service delivery project management
• Experience in a PMO environment is preferred
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and facilitation abilities
• Proficient in Google Workspace tools
