Eminence Organic Skin Care is seeking a Senior Manager Product Innovation to lead the innovation pipeline and strengthen the brand portfolio for long-term growth. You will manage a cross-functional team including Product Formulation Manager, Packaging Specialist, Product Specialist and Project Manager Innovation and Go-To-Market, reporting to the VP of Marketing.
You will drive market research, trend analysis, and cost targets while ensuring products meet predefined positioning and quality
