Key responsibilities include handling documentation, managing shipping processes, and providing support to the Distribution Manager and Supply Chain Planning team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing correspondence, invoices, and expenses
• Maintain data, schedules, and produce documentation and reports
• Address customs issues and manage shipment documentation




• Oversee Amazon orders and manage warehouse supplies
• Track monthly financial accruals and manage pallet orders

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in Logistics, Transportation, or Supply Chain
• Relevant education in customs regulations and shipment documentation
• Proficient in SAP, Concur, Microsoft Excel, and Office Suite
• Solid communication, organizational, and prioritization skills
• Ability to work independently and with a team
