You will refine process ownership, oversee lifecycle governance, and implement practical management methodologies to build a sustainable practice.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership in Process Practice Management frameworks
• Establish effective governance for process ownership and lifecycle management




• Partner with Operations teams on strategic process initiatives
• Promote adoption of process management practices through coaching
• Assess process management maturity and recommend improvements

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or related field
• 5+ years in process management or operational excellence
