Required Skills & Experience

5-10+ years of experience as a technical application Project Manager / Scrum Master

Experience as a strong Project Manager with the ability to create RACI charts, RAID logs, documentation, stakeholder management

Experience working at large enterprises, preferably in a large-scale retail environment with store knowledge

Experience working within Supply Chain with experience with DC management, inventory management…etc.

End-to-end delivery of complex program delivery

Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall environments

Enhancements on BAU work and current functionalities

Strong documentation process to write artifacts that can be replicated for future use and store openings

Experience with Jira / Confluence





Experience with AI and using this in your daily process to leverage efficiencies within the team (Claude, Gemini, Chat GPT)

Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an IT Project Manager / Scrum Master to join one of our enterprise retail clients. This individual will be responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of complex technology initiatives within Supply Chain and Store Operations environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong combination of Project Management and Scrum Master experience, with the ability to drive program execution, manage stakeholders, facilitate Agile ceremonies, and ensure successful delivery across multiple cross-functional teams.

This role requires an individual who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in both Agile and Waterfall environments while supporting enhancements, BAU initiatives, and strategic enterprise projects.
