Key Responsibilities:
• Negotiate and manage the drafting of associate agreements
• Prepare termination letters for associate dentists when necessary
• Collaborate with different teams on legal documentation
• Maintain oversight of agreements using Ironclad software
• Complete additional tasks related to associate agreements

Requirements:
• Law Society of Ontario membership required
• At least 3 years of experience in a legal role
• Detail-oriented with solid judgment skills
• Background in healthcare or regulated industries preferred
• Bilingual in French and English is a plus
