In this essential role, you will guide new clients through the integration of Rise’s people management platform. You will take the lead on onboarding processes, define customized implementation plans, and ensure that clients receive comprehensive training. Collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support teams is vital to overcoming client challenges and enhancing implementation outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead onboarding and training for current client setups
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries




• Configure the platform to meet specific client needs
• Collaborate with teams to resolve technical challenges
• Develop onboarding materials to improve client experience

Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in onboarding within a SaaS environment
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Technical aptitude in configuring SaaS platforms
• Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables
• Bilingual in English and French is a plus
