UHN is seeking a Project Manager for its Digital PMO team to oversee strategic projects that align with organizational goals. This full-time role includes independently managing complex infrastructure initiatives, employing best practices in change management, project documentation, and stakeholder communication. With a focus on building robust relationships, you'll ensure the successful delivery of projects that enhance the hospital's digital capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create detailed project charters and plans with stakeholders
• Manage project budgets and documentation rigorously




• Develop and deliver progress reports for stakeholders

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience
