We seek an experienced Building Mechanical Engineer with a solid design background in residential buildings. Your key skills in HVAC, plumbing, and a thorough knowledge of Ontario Building Code will help structure our innovative projects. Duties include creating detailed designs, conducting field visits, and ensuring quality project delivery across multiple complex tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design HVAC and plumbing systems for residential buildings
• Develop tender packages and detailed construction documents
• Prepare designs, schematics,



and essential specifications
• Perform calculations and conduct site evaluations
• Manage various projects while meeting deadlines

Requirements:
• 5+ years of Canadian experience in mechanical design
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit required
• Knowledge of CSA, ASHRAE, and NFPA standards
• Capability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication skills in English
