Drive impactful Housing Services initiatives as a Program Manager for the Cochrane District Services Board. Manage Ontario Works and Housing programs to enhance community service delivery.

Reporting to the Director of Housing Services, you will lead cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with housing legislation and financial regulations. You’ll also cultivate relationships with community stakeholders and contribute to strategic planning initiatives aimed at improving service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
• Direct day-to-day operations of Ontario Works and Housing programs
• Advise on Housing Services Act policies and procedures
• Liaise with community representatives and stakeholders




• Ensure compliance through performance monitoring
• Manage the hiring and evaluation of recent staff

Requirements:
• Understanding of Ontario Works legislation and policies
• Competence in housing specialty software
• Ability to maintain knowledge of funded programs
• Leadership experience in a unionized context
• Degree or equivalent experience in management
