In this pivotal leadership role, you will oversee the development and execution of Total Productive Maintenance strategies. You'll partner with Production, Maintenance, Engineering, and other teams to boost asset performance and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead implementation of TPM strategies aligning with business goals
• Drive initiatives for improved equipment availability and reliability




• Facilitate cross-functional problem-solving for equipment losses
• Develop a preventative maintenance program in Fiix
• Monitor key performance indicators related to maintenance

Requirements:
• College Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical field
• 5 years of experience in manufacturing with supervisory background
• Training in TPM, Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma preferred
• Robust analytical and organizational skills
• Proficient in CMMS and Microsoft Office tools
