Reporting directly to the Department Director, this Executive Assistant position involves proactive workflow management and the coordination of various administrative tasks. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring compliance and fostering collaboration within teams and with external partners while addressing the demands of the Director and contributing to key projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate sensitive meetings and prepare agendas and materials
• Maintain department standards, policies, and documentation
• Manage community inquiries and liaise with stakeholders
• Lead project management tasks for assigned initiatives
• Deliver training and support on administrative processes
Requirements:
• BA preferred with a minimum of 5 years in high-responsibility roles
• Advanced skills in MS Office & document management
• Excellent communication abilities with analytical thinking
• Capable of maintaining confidentiality under pressure
• Experience in project management and staff training
