In this permanent role, you will primarily support clients in our Customized Recovery Return to Work Program. Your responsibilities will include conducting psychological assessments, providing counseling, and managing treatment plans. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct psychological assessments for treatment planning
• Provide counseling, education, and treatment to clients




• Manage psychological case management input for therapy teams
• Report quality communication and client progress
• Mentor team members in managing psycho-social issues

Requirements:
• Graduate from a recognized School of Counselling
• Registration in good standing with BCACC
• Experience with chronic pain or PTSD
• Background in Return to Work programs
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
