Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with leaders on recruitment and workforce planning initiatives
• Provide HR guidance in unionized and non-unionized settings

• Support health and safety compliance and wellness programs
• Collaborate to analyze workforce metrics and trends

Requirements:
• 2+ years in People & Culture or HR roles
• Knowledge of HR practices and labor laws
• Experience in multi-stakeholder environments
• Strong relationship-building and consulting skills
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources
