Position Summary Part Time Sales Associate is responsible for supporting sales performance, delivering exceptional customer experience, and executing day‑to‑day store operations. The Sales Associate supports the team by following customer engagement strategies and maintaining merchandising standards that support a positive customer experience.
Primary work location: 13850 Steeles Ave, Halton Hills, ON L7G 0J1.
Responsibilities Brand Experience / Customer Service: Ensure excellence in customer service by upholding high retail standards, initiating conversations with customers, providing fitting room assistance, recommending products through suggestive selling, promoting the rewards program, and achieving weekly loyalty sign‑up goals.
Product & Trend Knowledge: Learn about new products and trends to better engage customers and consistently achieve personal sales targets.
Visual merchandising, Operations & Safety: Maintain visual merchandising standards, keep the sales floor clean and well‑stocked, assist in opening/closing procedures, process transactions accurately, handle cash, maintain point‑of‑sale integrity, follow all company policies, report injuries immediately, and participate in loss‑prevention audits.

Position Requirements Minimum age 16 years or older.
Arrive on time for scheduled shifts and work a flexible schedule to meet business needs.
Minimum availability of 12 hours per week, including one weekend day (additional availability a plus).
Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers and team members.
Operate office equipment and technology (cash register, computers, phones, scanners).
Stand, walk, and move throughout the store; lift up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; push/pull full racks of merchandise.
Manual labor occasionally required to assemble displays or rearrange store layout.
Ability to read labels, assist customers, and perform tasks that require attention to detail.

Compensation Estimated base pay: $17.60 – $21.75 per hour. Pay reflects skill set, experience, training, business needs, market demands, and location. Role may also be eligible for bonuses based on store and personal targets.
