UHN is seeking a Registered Nurse for its Mental Health Program at the Toronto Western and Toronto General Hospitals. In this role, you'll primarily assist the Substance Use Services team while integrating into the IMPACT program for community support. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide holistic care to patients using substances

Requirements:
• RN registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Two years of experience in mental health or addiction nursing

• Experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings is preferred
