Job Responsibility:

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and productive Loader to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the shipping and receiving process, ensuring that products are loaded and unloaded safely and efficiently. This position requires a strong attention to detail, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to operate various types of equipment in a rapid-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Load and unload materials from trucks and containers using forklifts, clamp trucks, or cranes.
Accurately pick orders based on shipping requirements using a warehouse management system.
Maintain organization within the warehouse by ensuring that products are stored in designated areas.
Conduct regular inspections of equipment to ensure protected operation and report any mechanical issues.
Assist in shipping and receiving activities, including verifying incoming shipments against purchase orders.
Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals while adhering to safety protocols.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote efficiency and safety.

Skills




Proficient in order picking with experience using warehouse management systems.
Familiarity with heavy equipment operation, including forklifts and clamp trucks.
Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures within a warehouse distribution setting.
Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues as they arise.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while managing individual responsibilities.
Solid attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order fulfillment and inventory management.
Previous experience operating cranes is a plus.
