Key Responsibilities:
Identify and resolve drug-related problems

Engage in teaching and research activities

Requirements:
Licensed pharmacist in positive standing with Ontario College
Knowledge of safety culture in healthcare settings
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to balance competing priorities
Familiarity with scientific literature for evidence-based submissions
