Step into the role of Senior Governance Analyst, Risk & Control at TD in Toronto, Ontario. Drive compliance and risk management efforts while working collaboratively across global teams.
As a key member of the Governance & Control team, you will focus on ensuring effective controls are in place for TD Securities. Your role includes performing Risk and Control Self-Assessments, analyzing processes, and collaborating with business leaders on governance initiatives. You will also support the continuous improvement of internal controls and regulatory adherence.
Key Responsibilities:



- Develop and maintain Value Chain and Assessable Unit inventories - Conduct comprehensive Risk and Control Self-Assessments - Enhance processes and reduce duplication in controls - Report exceptions and facilitate remediation strategies - Support ad-hoc initiatives from a risk management perspective
Requirements: - University degree;
accounting/auditing qualification preferred - At least 2 years of experience in Risk or Compliance - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills - Flexibility to adapt to various initiatives - Capability to manage confidential information properly
