Strong organizational skills and a collaborative spirit will help you navigate payroll practices, benefits, and employee data integration. You will support numerous HR functions, ensuring a seamless employee journey from onboarding through lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead HR integration activities for new dental practices
• Assess payroll and benefits for integration requirements
• Develop transition plans to facilitate successful onboarding




• Collaborate with various teams during the integration process
• Support employee leaves and lifecycle processes

Requirements:
• College diploma or degree in HR or Business Administration
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience in operations or service delivery
• Experience in acquisitions and employee onboarding preferred
• Familiarity with leave administration and HRIS systems
• Bilingual in English and French is preferred
