The Tenant Support Worker reports directly to the Site Manager, providing ongoing assistance and education to help tenants meet their goals. Responsibilities include managing crisis interventions and working closely with tenant assessments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct tenant intakes and ongoing support
• Create service plans tailored to individual needs
• Monitor administration of finances and medication
• Keep accurate records and statistical data
• Collaborate with volunteers and practicum students

Requirements:
• Diploma in Community Social Service
• Two years of related experience or equivalent
• Criminal Record Clearance - Vulnerable Sector
• OFA 1 First Aid Certificate
• Suitable sobriety history if applicable
