The Breakfast Cook plays a vital role in meal preparation, emphasizing early morning service. You will assist in the kitchen, support the Chef, and uphold food safety standards in a camp environment. The position requires both independent work and collaboration with a small team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare breakfast meals with attention to food safety
• Assist in lunch and dinner preparations as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
• Support the Chef with daily kitchen operations
• Follow strict food safety standards and practices

Requirements:
• Completion of a culinary program or equivalent experience
• Experience in remote camp cooking preferred
• Food Safety and Handling certification required
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Available for early morning shifts starting at 4:00 a.m.
