This role involves managing turnover to UBC Properties Trust Property Management while ensuring that mechanical and HVAC systems are commissioned effectively. You will interact with various stakeholders to record and resolve any deficiencies and coordinate tenant improvements. Your ability to navigate construction processes will ensure timely completion and satisfaction of all project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee building turnover and final documentation
• Ensure HVAC systems are tested and balanced




• Identify issues in mechanical design and site conditions
• Manage post-occupancy issues and warranty claims
• Execute renovations and tenant project management

Requirements:
• Related diploma/degree or equivalent experience
• At least two years in construction coordination
• Solid knowledge of HVAC systems and controls
• Proficient in reading architectural and mechanical drawings
• Experience with change management in projects
