Join Volleyball BC as the Referee Pathway Manager and enhance the referee experience across British Columbia. This pivotal role focuses on strategic leadership in program development and community collaboration.

The Referee Pathway Manager will play a crucial role in shaping referee standards, supporting recruitment, and ensuring quality officiating through strategic initiatives. You will be responsible for leading the Referee Development Plan and collaborating with various stakeholders to implement improvements. This full-time position requires evening and weekend availability during peak periods.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and review the Referee Development Plan
• Provide technical direction for the provincial referee pathway




• Oversee registration processes and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with clubs and organizations for development
• Support the planning of competitions and initiatives

Requirements:
• Minimum three years of experience in sport program administration
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Commitment to Safe Sport principles
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License required
• Transparent Criminal Record Check necessary
